The project focuses on improving safety and drainage on bob ruud memorial highway, a rural highway, and bell vista avenue, an urban road with multiple approaches, through roadway reconstruction, rehabilitation, paving, drainage, and safety improvements. Major work items include Full-Depth Reclamation (FDR), installation of new aggregate base, asphalt paving, and culvert replacement, with quantities ranging from 30,000–50,000 tons of aggregate base, 22 miles of 4-INCH FDR, 10 miles of 8-INCH FDR, 65,000–80,000 tons of asphalt pavement, and 1,000–2,500 linear feet of 24-INCH culvert.
