NM br aao el vado heron & el vado road rehabilitation: construction contract for road and parking rehabilitation, full depth reclamation, asphalt concrete pavement, culverts, concrete sidewalk/curb, ada accessibility, signage, and pavement marking. Includes rehabilitation of surfacing and improvement of parking lot operations, with Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) of 5.23 miles of asphalt roadway—4.61 miles along state park road 5001 in el vado state park and 0.62 mile along willow creek boat ramp access road in heron lake state park. FDR will also be completed for three existing paved parking lots at heron state park visitors center, willow creek boat ramp, and ridge rock parking lot, and an existing gravel parking area in el vado state park will be paved. Additional tasks include curb removal, new sidewalk installation, signing, pavement markings, and minor drainage improvements such as culvert cleaning.
