Government Description
The fct contract encompasses the scope of atc services and associated support Services Required for The Day-To-Day Operation of Fcts As Defined in The Statement of Work (SOW). This includes providing air traffic control services at various Visual Flight Rules (VFR) airports within the assigned area, and requires submission of a phase-in plan detailing the approach, management, staffing, and risk mitigation strategies. Contractors must also provide a monthly area facility report summarizing staffing and operational metrics, as well as develop and maintain plans for staffing, facility training, quality control, Safety Management System (SMS) implementation, facility security, phase-out, and quarterly program review presentations. The work is performed at VFR airports throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and saipan.
