Work performed includes provision of it hardware, software, and related services; computer systems design and custom programming; technology consulting; business intelligence analysis; cabling and dispatch services; employment placement and temporary help; and support for collaboration, administration, and enterprise solutions such as slack, okta, cisco, solarwinds, trello, twilio, and google cloud platform. Additional work includes the provision and renewal of software (including digicert, aviatrix, forward networks, certcentral enterprise, beyondtrust, snow, and ttec humanify enterprise-g), it equipment and peripherals (such as jabra headsets, hp polycom phones, and owl video conferencing), Salesforce slack software, google administration and collaboration support, fedramp acd omnichannel solutions, and PMO support services.
