Government Description
The falconer service contract provides the continued sustainment and support of the 10.1 weapon system and the application transformation to block 20 for the Air Operations Center (AOC) weapon system. The contract includes technical services and labor support for the migration and integration of legacy AOC ws 10.1 and third-party applications to the cloud, using devsecops techniques and tools to incrementally deliver capability. Tasks involve porting applications to the cloud, automating deployment and configuration, and testing for security, effectiveness, and suitability for cloud hosting, while managing a diverse set of technologies and varying levels of control over applications. The effort also encompasses procurement and maintenance of it hardware and software licenses necessary to support these activities, including support for a wide range of hardware (such as netapp, cisco, dell, hp, and Palo Alto), software license renewals and maintenance (including red hat, vmware, solarwinds, forgerock, citrix, RSA, and sybase), and technical services support for deployment automation and sustainment of both legacy and third-party applications.
