SUPPORT RENEWAL FOR CORE TECHNOLOGY, ORACLE PREMIER SUPPORT FOR SYSTEMS, RPA MAINTENANCE, CISCO SWITCHES, BROCADE PROSUPPORT HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE, BIG IP SOFTWARE, AND DELL HARDWARE FOR SERVERS, TAPE LIBRARIES, TAPE EXPANSION, AND EXTERNAL TAPE BACKUP ARE ALSO INCLUDED.
