Financial management system support services. Provides project management, technical, and functional support services to assist the Financial Management Services (FMS) staff with the operations and maintenance of the core accounting system, Financial Management Modernization Initiative (FMMI) system, the fs Incident Business System (IBS), and the Forest Products Financial System (FPFS). Services include delivering project estimates and contract project management support, with all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and management provided to meet performance work statement requirements. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, materials, facilities, supervision, management, and transportation necessary to fulfill the requirements in accordance with regulatory references and information resources provided within the performance work statement and any subsequent regulatory or policy changes.
