Overview
Government Description
Case management solution FY24. The Department of Homeland Security-Office of Inspector General (DHS-OIG) requires a fedramp moderate cloud-hosted case management solution or an O365 solution that is fully operational and compatible with OIG's O365 tenant, supporting mission functions such as audits, inspections and evaluations, council and compliance reviews, investigations, budget, and acquisitions. The solution must meet the needs of eight program offices by providing well-defined workflows, documentation management, multi-office coordination, document and data analysis, and work product routing and approval. Key features include establishing case files, managing and approving documents and evidence, utilizing standard templates, analyzing documents and data, conducting searches, routing for editing and approval, establishing business rules and workflows, generating performance metrics and visualizations, and implementing federal records requirements. The solution will also facilitate users’ ability to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate key aspects of their work to improve outcome and value, with baseline requirements consistent across all eight program offices.
