Senior Information Security Officer (SISO). The SISO provides risk management services to support the USTRANSCOM, Air Mobility Command (AMC), and Surface Deployment And Distribution Command (SDDC) missions, requiring Information Technology (IT) technical skills to support the USTRANSCOM command, control, communications, and cyber (C4) environment. Includes managing cybersecurity and risk management services for USTRANSCOM's C4 environment, including cyber security, rmf Security Controls Assessor Representative (SCAR) evaluations, technical testing and evaluation, analysis and guidance, and software assurance management across on-site, remote, and dod-approved cloud networks such as siprnet, niprnet, and the scott AFB LAN, WAN, man, and dodin. The SISO is responsible for delivering risk management services to USTRANSCOM users and improving IT systems and services through continual risk management improvements.
