OPTION YEAR 4 PERIOD LABOR. THIS WORK SUPPORTS THE NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, DAHLGREN DIVISION (NSWCDD) SECURITY DIVISION BY PROVIDING PREVENTIVE, CORRECTIVE, AND EMERGENCY SUPPORT, UPGRADES, AND NEW INSTALLATION SERVICES, AS WELL AS SYSTEM DRAWINGS, FOR LENEL SYSTEMS ON A CLASS A ELECTRONIC SECURITY SYSTEM (ESS). SERVICES INCLUDE MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT FOR ALL ESS COMPONENTS, INCLUDING INTRUSION DETECTION SYSTEMS (IDS), CARD ACCESS, CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION COMPONENTS, AND THE EMPLOYEE BADGING SYSTEM, ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH BOTH ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER (OEM) SPECIFICATIONS AND GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS. THE CONTRACTOR SUPPLIES ALL LABOR, TOOLS, PARTS, AND MATERIALS NECESSARY TO MEET FEDERAL SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS SET BY AUTHORITIES SUCH AS THE DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE (DNI), DEFENSE INTELLIGENCE AGENCY (DIA), AND OFFICE OF NAVAL INTELLIGENCE (ONI).
