Rocky Mountain Laboratories (RML) security guards provide comprehensive unarmed security officer and alarm monitoring services at RML, part of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in hamilton, Montana. The contractor is responsible for access control and monitoring of entry points, property and personnel protection through fixed and roving patrols, incident reporting and management, temporary and additional guard services, lost and found management, key control management, visitor escort services, monitoring security systems including alarms and surveillance cameras, emergency assistance during incidents, telephone answering services related to security operations, and bio-surety clearance for handling sensitive materials. These services ensure the protection of federal personnel, visitors, property, and sensitive research materials, while maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and NIH Division of Police (DP) and security policies. RML is a high-security biomedical research facility requiring continuous protection of personnel, property, research assets, and sensitive information.
