This task order provides comprehensive Law Enforcement Systems and Analysis (LESA) professional support services for ice-Enforcement And Removal Operations (ERO). The contractor conducts analysis to improve accountability, consistency, and efficiency of statistical reports, briefing papers, and responses to requests from DHS, congress, and the white house. Includes supporting ICE it initiatives, operations research, strategic analytics, and business process analysis and transformation, including tasks such as process documentation sessions, process analysis studies, white papers, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, software tool configuration, piloting recommendations, implementation planning, and training content development. Support is provided to LESA units including deployment and transformation, it management, strategy & operations analysis, statistical tracking, and data quality and integrity, with activities such as project management, predictive analytics, data visualization, statistical reporting, and ensuring data quality across ICE systems.
