Government Description
Modes III provides support to the Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) for all Outreach and Engagement (O&E) activities, programs, policies, and resources, including stakeholder affairs, strategic communications and analysis, Content and Creative Services (CCS), digital strategies, and community and public engagement. Includes delivering content and creative services aligned with MC&FP objectives, implementing digital strategies to enhance community engagement, and supporting the sustainment and technology enhancement of the MC&FP it enterprise to enable full integration of O&E operations into audience delivery platforms. The contractor is responsible for ensuring all deliverables meet established performance measures and quality standards, managing daily operations, and fostering innovation in service delivery.
