Spiral Solutions and Technologies Inc., Bellevue, Nebraska, has been awarded a $47,004,603 firm-fixed-price-level of effort contract for joint exercises, training, assessment (J7) and related support. This contract provides for advisory and assistance services in support of U.S. Strategic Command’s J-7 planning, development, execution, and analysis of the command-wide joint training, education, professional development, and organizational development programs. Work will be performed at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, and is expected to be completed Aug. 19, 2026. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition with seven offers received. Fiscal 2021 Air Force operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $3,243,026; and fiscal 2021 Department of Defense operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $4,737,276 are being obligated at the time of award.
