CENTCOM CCJ5 SECURITY COOPERATION SUPPORT. PROVIDES A SUITABLE MIX OF PERSONNEL WITH THE NECESSARY EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE TO PERFORM TASKS DESCRIBED IN THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS). TASKS INCLUDE IDENTIFYING SECURITY ASSISTANCE (SA) PROGRAMS AND SECURITY COOPERATION (SC) ACTIVITIES THAT COLLECTIVELY SUPPORT USCENTCOM'S LONG-TERM STRATEGIC GOALS TO PROMOTE PEACE, SECURITY, AND BUILD PARTNERSHIP CAPACITY WITHIN THE AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (AOR). THE WORK ALSO SUPPORTS THE USCENTCOM STRATEGY, PLANS AND POLICY DIRECTORATE, SECURITY COOPERATION OPERATIONS DIVISION, AND SC PLANS AND PROGRAMS DIVISION.
