INDUSTRIAL SECURITY (IS) SUPPORT SERVICES PROVIDED TO THE DEFENSE COUNTERINTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY AGENCY (DCSA) TO SUPPORT ITS MISSION. INCLUDES ON-SITE SUPPORT FOR STRATEGIC PLANNING, IMPLEMENTATION, AND EXECUTION OF CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY PROTECTION (CTP) PROGRAMS, DEVELOPMENT AND TRACKING OF CTP METRICS, PRODUCTION OF INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL BRIEFINGS AND PUBLICATIONS, AND TECHNICAL EDITING OF MATERIALS PRODUCED BY CTP HEADQUARTERS PERSONNEL. ADDITIONAL TASKS INVOLVE ASSESSING CONTRACTORS' DEPENDENCY ON FOREIGN INTERESTS, EVALUATING FACILITY CLEARANCES, REVIEWING SECURITY ARRANGEMENTS FOR CLASSIFIED INFORMATION TRANSFER, MANAGING SPECIAL ACCESS PROGRAMS AND FOREIGN OWNERSHIP CONTROL OR INFLUENCE DATABASES, ANALYZING DATA RELATED TO SECURITY VULNERABILITY ASSESSMENT REPORTS, AND ASSISTING IN THE PREPARATION OF POLICIES AND DIRECTIVES RELATED TO CLASSIFIED INFORMATION PROTECTION.
