Professional services to implement and manage national guard connectedness and relationship education system (CARES). The contractor will manage implementation of the care system, including planning and executing site visits, trainings, briefings, and marketing campaigns; provide health and wellness education through courses such as total health basic course, coaching basics course, care first, executive leader course, first line leader course, and total health workshops; and develop additional tools or courses like prevention and retention assessment and life skills integration courses. Includes coordination with the Warrior Resilience And Fitness (WRF) partnerships and programs branch and ng CARES director, as well as ensuring contractor personnel are trained and qualified under contract requirements and maintaining communication with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for performance updates.
