Government Description
The Strategic Thinkers Program (STP) is established to develop strategic thinkers for combatant commander staffs, the joint staff, and military services’ headquarters. Provides a 12-MONTH master's degree granting program for up to 24 mid-career military officers and government civilians, ensuring the degree program, facilities, accreditation, faculty, and curriculum support STP objectives. Includes evaluating electives for relevance to military strategy and regional specializations, identifying expected learning outcomes (ELOS) and terminal learning objectives (TLOS) for each elective to meet senior service college equivalency standards, and developing a Quality Control Program (QCP) to ensure contract standards are met. The contractor must also provide proof of institutional accreditation and experience in delivering graduate-level instruction in relevant fields.
