Government Description
This contract is for services in support of the military onesource program for military members and their families, similar to a commercial Employee Assistance Program (EAP). In addition to providing a broad array of information, referrals, and counseling services, work performed includes 24/7 call center operations, it infrastructure management, non-medical counseling, health and wellness coaching, financial counseling (including tax consultations), strategic outreach, field consultant support, program study and evaluation, and childcare support. Services are delivered worldwide via internet, telephone, email, postal mail, secure messaging, ai chatbot, and face-to-face counseling. The contract includes support for ourrelationship couples coaching and related management services.
