Cmc construction services for the frank E. Moss seismic upgrade, backfill, and renovation project located in salt lake city, Utah. Includes seismic upgrades to improve building safety, backfilling with federal agencies, preservation and rehabilitation of significant historic spaces, and modernization of building systems to enhance performance and comfort. Additional tasks include electrification of the building with a chilled beam system, electrical boiler fuse upgrades, metal stud framing, drywall, painting, mechanical system upgrades, stone masonry with in-situ façade anchorage testing, shelving takedown and relocation, and moving occupants to rented space. The project also aims to achieve leed gold or platinum certification and maximize space utilization for a modern work environment.
