Design-build services for plaza replacement at the carl B. Stokes U.S. Courthouse, cleveland, OH. Includes design and construction services to replace the failing waterproofing system, refinish and reinforce structural steel supporting the plaza, repair fireproofing, and complete an unconstructed plaza area originally intended for the site. Upgrades will be made to surface parking lots and the retaining wall, and the new construction will improve pedestrian access and reconcile accessibility with adjacent parking. The project also provides opportunities to introduce renewable energy sources, a water reclamation system, and rainwater capture below the plaza.
