Government Description
Operations and maintenance services provided for fifteen (15) locations in Maine under task order 47PF5226F0007 as part of the corresponding Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The contractor performs combined custodial and facilities maintenance services, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of equipment and systems such as janitorial services, grounds maintenance, solid waste removal, recycling, pest management, electrical and mechanical systems, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and life safety systems, architectural and structural systems, locks and vehicle barrier systems, dock levelers, storm drainage systems, roofing investigations and repairs, flagpole maintenance, and kitchen/concessions area drains. Work includes maintenance and operation of Building Monitor and Controls (BMC) systems, record keeping using the National Computerized Maintenance Management System (NCMMS), and software maintenance for building controls systems. All management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for efficient, effective, and satisfactory operations provided.
