Government Description
The general contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, qualified supervision, and other items to complete project EHRM infrastructure upgrades construction at alvin C. York VAMC. Includes electrical panel and power system upgrades (normal and emergency), installation of bonding and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), integration with building management system interfaces, and assessment and upgrades to existing HVAC systems. Additional tasks involve reconfiguration, expansion, and renovation of spaces—including demolition and new construction—renovation of a data center with expanded space and server rack configuration, improvements to communication infrastructure such as new data outlets and cat 6A cabling, physical security upgrades, campus-wide fiber infrastructure upgrades, provision of diversified WAN paths, and hazardous abatement across multiple buildings on the campus.
