MOBILE MRI TRAILER AND TECHNOLOGIST SERVICES PROVIDED TO SUPPORT VETERAN BENEFICIARIES OF THE CENTRAL TEXAS VETERANS HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (CTVHCS). THE CONTRACTOR SUPPLIES A MOBILE 1.5T MRI UNIT THAT IS FIVE YEARS OLD OR NEWER, ALONG WITH QUALIFIED TECHNOLOGIST PERSONNEL, OPERATING FIVE DAYS A WEEK FROM 7:30 AM TO 4:30 PM. ALL STAFFING FOR THE MOBILE MRI SYSTEM, INCLUDING A PRIMARY TECHNOLOGIST AND AN ALTERNATE, IS MANAGED BY THE CONTRACTOR, AND THE MRI UNIT MEETS SPECIFIC TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ADVANCED IMAGING TECHNIQUES. SERVICES ARE DELIVERED IN COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS, INCLUDING PATIENT PRIVACY AND SECURITY PROTOCOLS, AT THE CTVHCS IN TEMPLE, TX.
