The contractor will install two temporary boilers during the replacement of three permanent 600 hp boilers and must provide a trailer-mounted temporary boiler within 48 hours if one temporary boiler fails, to maintain steam requirements until repairs are completed. Additional tasks include installation of a new sprinkler system in buildings 7 (boiler plant) and 9 (chiller plant), with construction activities phased to minimize disruption to parking and coordinated utility outages.
