Government Description
Caregiver training is provided through the stanford university clinically designed, evidence-based Building Better Caregivers (BBC) web-based workshop. The contractor delivers and maintains a 6–8-WEEK online workshop that enables caregivers of veterans to share experiences, improve problem-solving skills, and manage difficult behaviors, with content and facilitators available in both english and spanish. The contractor is responsible for updating core workshop content with VA approval, staffing workshops with trained facilitators who provide input and feedback, and enrolling caregivers into an alumni community for ongoing support. All services and workshops provided to Caregiver Support Program (CSP) enrolled caregivers.
