Includes demolition and removal of existing non-structural partitions, finishes, and select mechanical, electrical, and plumbing elements; construction of new partitions, ceilings, soffits, and architectural features; installation of new doors, frames, hardware, casework, millwork, and architectural finishes; and legal disposal of Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM) per federal and state regulations. The project also involves installation of new electrical, power, lighting, controls, emergency lighting, telecommunications infrastructure, and a new Air Handling Unit (AHU) with associated HVAC and plumbing systems, including fire protection modifications. Structural renovations include new and infilled floor penetrations, a concrete housekeeping slab for mechanical equipment, and wall penetrations with masonry enhancements.
