Project 561A4-18-113 corrects fca-rated deficiencies at the boiler plant located on the lyons campus of the VA New Jersey health care system. Includes furnishing all labor and materials for construction tasks such as relocating and replacing exit lights with led fixtures, replacing a 500KVA transformer, adding a UPS to the main gas valve, installing seismic bracing, and providing power for new sump pump systems. Additional tasks involve removing and replacing waste piping, installing new water service with backflow prevention, connecting a blow-down tank, replacing a sump pump, replacing valves and piping, installing new air compressors, installing grating and repairing steel columns, saw cutting basement floor slabs, and installing beams and handrails on mezzanines.
