Renovate dialysis unit. The project involves renovating approximately 5,330 square feet of clinical space on the third floor of building 200 at the northport VA medical center (VISN 2). Includes abatement and demolition of hazardous materials and non-reusable utilities, removal of finishes, fixtures, interior walls, ceilings, lighting, electrical distribution, HVAC equipment, medical gas systems, fire alarm systems, it systems (including bms), and plumbing/mechanical piping. New installations cover mechanical systems (ductwork, vav units, reheat coils and controls), electrical and fire alarm systems, surveillance cameras, and extension of existing paging speaker circuits, with all work coordinated to ensure hospital services remain operational throughout construction.
