Government Description
Broadband serviceable location fabric. The contractor is responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining a comprehensive geospatial dataset of all locations in the United States and its territories where fixed broadband internet access service can be or is installed. This includes creating and maintaining detailed information for each Broadband Serviceable Location (BSL), such as unique identifiers, geographic coordinates, addresses, unit counts, and classification (residential, business, or multi-use), as well as providing regular updates, quality assurance reports, and supporting challenge adjudication and technical assistance. The work also involves ensuring data usage rights for the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and stakeholders, and providing project management and technical coordination throughout the contract period.
