EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY SYSTEM. THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE UTILIZES A FEDERAL RISK AND AUTHORIZATION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (FEDRAMP) APPROVED BLACKBERRY ATHOC SYSTEM AND IS RENEWING LICENSES FOR THIS EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY (ENA) SOLUTION. INCLUDES PROVIDING MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT LABOR FOR TIER 2 AND TIER 3 HELPDESK SERVICES, ENSURING ALL SOFTWARE AND MODIFICATIONS ARE FULLY FUNCTIONAL UPON DELIVERY AND OPERATE CORRECTLY ON SYSTEMS USING THE U.S. GOVERNMENT CONFIGURATION BASELINE (USGCB). ALL PERSONNEL INVOLVED MUST COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE SECURITY REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING PASSING A MODERATE RISK PUBLIC TRUST (MRPT) DETERMINATION.
