DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES FOR COPENHAGEN SELECTIVE IMPROVEMENT 2. THE PROJECT INVOLVES MODERNIZATION AND HISTORIC RESTORATION OF THE U.S. EMBASSY CHANCERY IN COPENHAGEN, DENMARK, A ROUGHLY 5600 GROSS SQUARE METER BUILDING, INCLUDING ARCHITECTURAL AND INTERIOR UPGRADES SUCH AS COMPLETE FAÇADE RESTORATION, ENTRY COURT REHABILITATION, UPGRADED FINISHES, AND RECONFIGURATION OF OFFICES. ADDITIONAL WORK INCLUDES PHYSICAL SECURITY UPGRADES WITH NEW SAFE AREAS AND FE/BR WALL, FLOOR, AND WINDOW ENHANCEMENTS; MECHANICAL UPGRADES SUCH AS REPLACEMENT OF CHILLED WATER PIPING, FAN COIL UNITS, RADIATORS, AND COMPLIANCE WITH DISTRICT HEAT REQUIREMENTS; AND ELECTRICAL, FIRE ALARM, AND TELECOM UPGRADES INCLUDING NEW LED LIGHTING, POWER DISTRIBUTION, BRANCH WIRING, AND FIRE ALARM IMPROVEMENTS TO MEET NFPA STANDARDS.
