ASTD actuarial support services. This contract provides highly qualified and specialized professional actuarial support services to the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation's (PBGC) Office of Benefits Administration (OBA) and its departments/divisions, including the Actuarial Services and Technology Department (ASTD), Actuarial Services Division (ASD), Technology Risk Management Division (TRMD), Actuarial Case Processing Division (ACPD), Actuarial Integrated Present Value of Future Benefits Division (APVFB), and Plan Asset and Data Management Department (PADMD) with its Data Management Division (DMD), focusing on the accurate and timely calculation and valuation of benefits for participants in PBGC trusteed plans under title IV of erisa.
