The contractor also manages residential quarters and services, delivers Outreach and Admissions (OA) services in Ohio workforce development areas OHRZ03 (areas 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11), and ensures the annual arrival of at least 300 students. Career Transition Services (CTS) provided annually for all enrolled students and eligible former enrollees, regardless of their location.
