The contractor is responsible for address refinement and enrollment, achieving specific performance standards; conducting multi-modal data collection to meet response rate thresholds for job openings, hires, quits, layoffs/discharges, and other separations; clearing system and program office edits within designated time frames; certifying new hires and ensuring annual re-certification; resolving quality assurance issues and completing quality control activities; and delivering accurate contract deliverables while meeting acceptable quality levels (AQLS). The contractor must maintain full staffing to achieve AQLS, with penalties for unfilled managerial positions.
