THE SELECTED CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL MATERIALS, LABOR, AND EQUIPMENT TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT "ELEVATOR MODERNIZATION" AT FDC PHILADELPHIA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK AND DRAWINGS. INCLUDES OVERHAULING FOUR EXISTING PASSENGER ELEVATORS AT THE FEDERAL DETENTION CENTER (FDC) PHILADELPHIA, ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL REGULATIONS DURING CONSTRUCTION. THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ALL NECESSARY MATERIALS AND ARTICLES FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO INSTALLATION AND ADHERE TO SAFETY PROTOCOLS SPECIFIC TO CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES DURING EXECUTION OF THE WORK.
