Rg- EBHD utility rehab. Includes replacement or installation of four utilities across the Elephant Butte Historic District (EBHD) site: replacement of sewer lines, removal of existing sewer lines including connections to existing manholes, installation of pvc gravity sewer lines and force main, replacement of water lines, removal of existing water lines, installation of new pvc water lines and appurtenances, and replacement of water system pumps. Additional tasks include demolition and installation of electrical services such as removal of overhead wires and power poles, installation of grade electrical wiring, electric vehicle charging stations, dark-sky compliant site lighting, and rv pedestals with receptacles, as well as installation of optical fiber, copper network cable, infrastructure for future isp connection, network switches, wireless access points, and replacement of three existing water storage tanks.
