FACE EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES. UNDER THE BUREAU OF INDIAN EDUCATION (BIE) FAMILY AND CHILD EDUCATION (FACE) PROGRAM, THE CONTRACTOR PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT FOR FACE AND EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAMS DATA SYSTEMS, INCLUDING MANAGING, ENHANCING, AND POTENTIALLY TRANSITIONING EXISTING SYSTEMS TO A SECURE, MODERNIZED, AND SCALABLE CLOUD-BASED SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE (SAAS) PLATFORM HOSTED WITHIN A FEDRAMP-AUTHORIZED ENVIRONMENT. TASKS INCLUDE DESIGNING, DEVELOPING, AND MAINTAINING THE SAAS SOLUTION TO COMPLY WITH FEDERAL IT SECURITY AND PRIVACY STANDARDS (FEDRAMP, FISMA, NIST, SECTION 508), DELIVERING ONGOING EDUCATIONAL DATA ANALYSES AND REPORTING, ENSURING ACCURATE AND AUDITABLE DATA FOR FEDERAL OVERSIGHT, AND SUPPORTING INTEGRATION WITH SYSTEMS SUCH AS POWER BI, SHAREPOINT, AND FORMASSEMBLY.
