Background
The Indian Health Service (IHS), an agency within the Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of providing Zoom for Government Enterprise Licenses to support the IHS video conferencing program. The IHS is responsible for providing federal health services to American Indians and Alaska Natives, with the goal of raising their health status to the highest possible level. The COVID-19 pandemic has increased the demand for video conferencing solutions, leading to the need for renewing and expanding the use of Zoom for Government services by IHS.

Work Details
The contract requires Zoom authorized resellers who are capable of providing the required brand name Zoom for Government Enterprise Licenses for cloud services.

The contract includes specific products listed in Table 1, such as FedRAMP Business meeting licenses, Audio US/Canada Unlimited Named Host Annual licenses, Large Meeting 1000 Named Host licenses, and Webinar 1000 Named Host licenses. Additionally, interested parties are requested to submit a written response with company information, Duns and Bradstreet Number (DUNS), Unique Entity ID (UEI), Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, point of contact details, business size and category identification, Zoom authorized reseller status, size of business pursuant to NAICS, and a capability statement of the company.
