Background
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is a Federal agency responsible for purchasing new vehicles on behalf of other agencies and eligible entities. This acquisition aims to establish Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Fixed Price contracts for Vehicle Marshalling and Sales Support Services, leveraging industry best practices to provide customer-centric marshalling services and maximize returns on vehicle sales while reducing logistical costs through digital, remote, and/or in-lane sales solutions.

Work Details
The contract includes the following tasks:

1. Marshalling Support Services:
- New Vehicle Delivery Inspection and Acceptance
- License Plate and GSA Fleet Services Card Management
- Releasing Vehicles to GSA Customers
- Receiving Used Vehicles
- Preparation of Used Vehicles for Release to New Customers
- 3rd Party Device Management, Installation, Replacement or Removal
- Fueling and Charging of Vehicles
- Vehicle Movement
- Optional Notary Services.

2. Sales Preparation Services (Optional):
- Coordinating Required Vehicle Inspections and Certifications
- Sale Timing Coordination
- Vehicle Movement for Sales (greater than 25 up to 50 miles)
- Removal of License Plates and Fleet Services Cards for Sale
- Fueling and Charging for Sales
- Digital Imagery Capture for Sales Vehicles
- Condition Reporting of Vehicles
- Maintenance, Repairs, and Reconditioning of Vehicles
- Sale Vehicle Decommissioning and Equipment Disposal
- Public Vehicle Inspection Period Management
- Post-sale Storage, Release, and Removal of Purchased Property Management
- Remote Inspection of Completed Services. Additionally, optional services include Test Drives, Enhanced Vehicle Imagery, Enhanced Condition Reporting, Removal of Private/Sensitive Data, Administrative Vehicle Sales Services including marketing and customer service support.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed across the United States including its territories and potentially worldwide.
