Zero Trust FMO

The Department of the Air Force, HQ ACC Directorate of Cyberspace and Information Dominance (ACC/A6) is planning to award a sole source bridge contract to Deloitte & Touche LLP for the Zero Trust Functional Management Office (FMO). The purpose of the contract is to provide managerial, technical, and life cycle management support to the DAF ZT FMO. This includes daily operations, management oversight, analysis and writing of planning and strategy documents, system specifications, and technical support for modernization and integration initiatives. The contract will have a period of performance of one base year from April 30, 2024, to April 29, 2025. The work will be performed at the DAF ZT FMO, SAF/CN, and SAF CTO operating under DAF authorities.

The Services Summary (SS) outlines the critical success factors and performance objectives for the required services. These objectives will be used to develop a government Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) that will evaluate the contractor's performance. The contractor will be subject to Government COR surveillance to ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The document also includes details on environmental requirements, safety and health requirements, human resource management, personnel qualifications, personnel maintenance, replacement/substitution, and removal of personnel at the government's request.
