THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTE; THE VA IS NOT SEEKING PRICING OR OFFERS. Solicitation 36C26026R0023 for project 653-23-101 Repair/Replace Campus Sewer and Storm Drain Lines at Roseburg VA Medical Center shall be posted to Federal Contracting Opportunities around mid-December 2025. The solicitation shall be posted for full and open competition. Drawings and specs will be posted for review as attachments to the solicitation. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after the solicitation is posted. Period of Performance: The intended contract period of performance is 425 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Description of Services: The project will perform general construction to repair or replace existing sanitary sewer and storm systems. Work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, drainage, sewer, necessary removal and/or modifications of existing structures and construction, patching and finishing work, and certain other items in accordance with specification and drawings. NAICS Code: 237110 - Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $45M. Estimated Magnitude: The estimated magnitude for this project is between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000. The Government is not soliciting offers at this time. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. A solicitation is not currently available. This announcement is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or to award a contract. After the release of the actual solicitation all responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which shall be considered by the agency. The award will be a best value procurement IAW FAR Part 15, which will result in a Firm-Fixed-Priced contract.
