Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System, is issuing this solicitation for the project titled 'Improve Roads and Entrances' at the Olin E. Teague Veterans Medical Center located at 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, TX 76504.

The goal of this contract is to enhance site circulation and accommodate increased traffic volumes through targeted repair, replacement, and installation of new pavement infrastructure.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary construction services, equipment, materials, and personnel to execute improvements to roads, parking lots, and entrances. This includes:
