This project includes, but is not limited to, repairing, resurfacing, alterations, necessary removal, replacement, and all associated finishes work per specifications at Richmond, VA Affairs Medical center. The contractor shall provide the equipment, supervision, and expertise required to perform to mill and pave and then repaint parking lots as per contract drawings and specifications for the work located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Richmond, VA 23249. This acquisition is being solicited pursuant to VAAR 836-204 Magnitude of Construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The solicitation, statement of work, wage determination and any other applicable documents will be available via electronic means on this website on or around August 8, 2023. Telephone requests for plans will not be honored. Plans and specifications will also be available for examination without charge at the Contracting Office upon coordination with the assigned Contract Specialist.
