Background
The Cincinnati VA Medical Center (Cincinnati VAMC) is issuing this contract for the replacement of the FTD Fuel Dispenser at their Fort Thomas Kentucky location. The goal of this project is to provide complete construction services, including labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the successful completion of the fuel pump replacement project.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:

1. Replace the existing fuel pump with an electronic system that tracks fueling details.

2. Re-route the gutter to direct rainwater away from the pad supporting the tanks by dropping it down the left side instead of the right side.

3. Add a small asphalt curb in front of the dispenser to mitigate runoff from an adjacent lot.

The contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment as per the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work.

Period of Performance
All phases of work, including project closeout documentation, must be completed within 90 calendar days after issuance of the Notice To Proceed (NTP).

Place of Performance
Work will take place at Fort Thomas Kentucky VA location (1000 S Ft Thomas Ave, Fort Thomas, KY 41075).

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a digital copy of original signed SF 1442 Offer page and acknowledgment of all amendments. A digital copy of a fully completed bid schedule is required. If applicable, a digital copy of original signed SF 24 Bid Bond must be included.

Contractors must also comply with bonding requirements: a payment bond is required for awards over $35,000 and both payment and performance bonds are required for awards exceeding $150,000.
