Background: The contract is for the build-out and new construction of Building 72 at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. The project number is 565-21-103. The scope of work includes the construction of a ten-bed patient building with individual rooms, multipurpose space with a kitchen and dining area, and space for administrative staff.
