Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center is issuing a MATOC IDIQ contract for general construction services. The goal is to support maintenance, repair, and construction projects at the medical center.

Work Details
Contractor shall provide all necessary construction services including plant, labor, equipment, tools, appliances, materials, transportation, expertise and supervision for various maintenance, repair and construction task order contracts. Work may require all construction trades and disciplines and will be performed according to VA CMF technical information library specifications tailored for each project. Typical task orders range from $2,000 to $7 million.

Period of Performance
The duration of this MATOC shall be 5 years unless the $100M ceiling is met before.
