Construction Services are required for the Wichita VA Medical Center under a Job Order Contract. Projects will be determined in the future. This is for the Wichita VA Medical Center, 5500 E. Kellogg, Wichita, Kansas 67218.

Background
The solicitation is for a Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Wichita VA Medical Center, with the objective of expediting task orders for construction requirements by reducing engineer design work and acquisition lead-time. The contract will be awarded to a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) through a competitive set-aside solicitation.

Work Details
The contract shall provide general construction work at an indefinite quantity by placing individual task orders within minimum and maximum limitations of $2,000.00 - $500,000.00 per task order. The total contract shall not exceed five years, with a minimum task order amount of $2,000.00 and a maximum task order amount of $500,000.00. The maximum contract value shall not exceed $20,000,000.00 over the life of the award.
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, parts, supervision, project management, equipment, quality and safety assurance, infection control and all other necessary resources to repair, maintain, alter, or construct real property facilities and structures at the specified hospital.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a one-year base period and up to four one-year option periods.

Place of Performance
All work outlined in each task order solicitation shall be performed at Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center located at 5500 E. Kellogg Avenue Wichita, KS 67218.
