VISN 1 Construction MATOC   20

Background
This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) 1 Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) to support the VA Medical Centers within the VISN 1 New England Healthcare System.

Work Details
The contract requires on-going facilities construction, alterations, and repair of buildings, structures and other real property relating to civil, mechanical, plumbing, structural, electrical, heating, roofing, site work, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) for various VA Facilities within the VISN 1 New England Healthcare System. The solicitation aims to award approximately twenty MATOC contracts to support the VA Medical Centers within the VISN 1 New England Healthcare System. The work to be performed under the MATOC contracts shall provide construction services for projects designated for real property facilities.
Most projects will be bid build type from already completed designs. The size standard for offerors responding to this RFP is $45M as provided in Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.

Period of Performance
The MATOC is expected to be awarded in FY24 with a maximum limit of $100,000,000 per contract over a five (5) year period.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at various locations including VA Togus, Maine; VA White River Junction, Vermont; VA Manchester, New Hampshire; VA Central Western MA, Northampton, Massachusetts; Edith Nourse Rogers Veterans Memorial Hospital, Bedford, MA; VA Boston Health Care System in MA; VA Providence in RI; VA Connecticut Health Care System; any Community Based Outpatient Clinics located within VISN 1; and any other VA facility and/or location within the New England Healthcare System.
