Background
The Tennessee Valley Healthcare System Medical Center is seeking quotes for window glass repair on the 4th floor of the Acre building. This project is part of the agency's commitment to maintaining its facilities and ensuring a safe environment for veterans. The contract is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), emphasizing the agency's support for veteran entrepreneurship.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the following tasks:
- Remove broken glass from the 4th floor of the Acre building while adhering to all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety protocols.
- The Veterans Affairs (VA) will provide information required to order new glass.
- Reinstall new glass on the 4th floor of the Acre building, ensuring proper sealing and testing for leaks.
- Remove all debris upon completion of work.
- The glass used must be VA-approved. A lift will be required due to the height of the installation site. All work must comply with VA, local, state, and federal occupational safety laws and regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract period will run from September 4, 2025, through May 1, 2026.

The work will be performed at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System Medical Center located at 1310 24th Ave S., Nashville, TN 37212.
